A remote island, a reluctant doctor, a nurse with secrets, and complaints pouring in 24 hours a day — ENA’s upcoming drama already sounds like the perfect summer watch.

## What Is “Doctor on the Edge” About?

*Doctor on the Edge* follows public health doctor Do Ji Eui, assigned against his will to the notoriously chaotic island of Pyeondong, where he crosses paths with nurse Yook Ha Ri, who is hiding a secret. Together, they embark on a heartwarming journey of saving lives and discovering love while getting to know the island’s residents.

It’s the kind of [medical drama](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medical_drama) setup that balances professional tension with emotional warmth — grounded characters, an isolated setting, and a slow-burn romance that earns every moment.

## What the New Poster Tells Us?

The newly released poster shows all five Pyeondong Health Center characters standing with serious expressions, hands on hips, against the backdrop of what appears to be a lush, beautiful island — yet their hair and clothes caught in a fierce wind hint at the turbulent challenges ahead.

The tagline “24-hour complaint standby” adds a wry, grounded touch — teasing the constant chaos these five young people must navigate while isolated on the island together.
