The thread leads to a 3,000-year-old sarcophagus, sealed with secrets and rage. When Katie returns, she is altered, predatory — a whisper of the child she was. [3DVF](https://3dvf.com/en/lee-cronin-s-the-mummy-trailer-is-finally-out-hidden-details-in-new-posters-just-uncovered/) Reynor, best known for *Midsommar*, brings the raw, emotionally shattered energy this role demands. ![The Mummy](https://technosports.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/Th-smmm.jpg) **Laia Costa as Larissa Cannon** Barcelona-born Laia Costa (*Victoria*, *The Wheel of Time*) plays Larissa, Charlie’s wife and mother to the children. Her performance anchors the domestic horror at the film’s emotional core — what starts as grief transforms into something far more terrifying. **Natalie Grace as Katie Cannon** Natalie Grace plays Katie Cannon, Charlie’s middle daughter who went missing eight years prior and mysteriously returns. [FandomWire](https://fandomwire.com/the-mummy-2026-release-date-cast-plot-explained/) Hers is arguably the most physically demanding role in the film — the transformation from a lost child to something ancient and horrifying is the spine of the entire story. ![](https://technosports.co.in/wp-content/uploads/2026/04/nsnsnh.webp) **Shylo Molina & Billie Roy — The Siblings** Shylo Molina plays Sebastián Cannon, and Billie Roy plays Maud Cannon [Moviefone](https://www.moviefone.com/movie/untitled-lee-cronin-film/ZKLOznIB8XC5bcnPcj3HD6/main/) — the surviving children of Charlie and Larissa. Their presence grounds the horror in devastating family realism. **Verónica Falcón as Carmen** A native of Mexico City, Falcón has previously starred in Blumhouse’s *Imaginary*, Disney’s *Jungle Cruise* opposite Emily Blunt and Dwayne Johnson, and *A Million Miles Away* alongside Michael Peña. [Deadline](https://deadline.com/2025/04/the-mummy-veronica-falcon-may-calamawy-may-elghety-1236365597/) Here she plays Carmen, the sharp-edged matriarch adding family tension to the nightmare. **May Calamawy as Detective Dalia Zaki** Calamawy broke out as Scarlet Scarab in Marvel Studios’ *Moon Knight* opposite Oscar Isaac and Ethan Hawke, and can also be seen in Hulu’s Emmy-winning comedy *Ramy*. [Deadline](https://deadline.com/2025/04/the-mummy-veronica-falcon-may-calamawy-may-elghety-1236365597/) Her role as Detective Dalia Zaki brings an investigative thriller element into the supernatural horror mix. **May Elghety** Elghety has starred in Egyptian TV series including *Grand Hotel* and films like *Clash*, which competed at Cannes — making her the youngest Egyptian actress to do so. [Deadline](https://deadline.com/2025/04/the-mummy-veronica-falcon-may-calamawy-may-elghety-1236365597/) Her inclusion adds authentic Egyptian cultural depth to the film. **Hayat Kamille** Known from *Vikings: Valhalla*, Kamille was the final cast member announced for the production, added in July 2025 after principal photography had already begun. ## The Creative Force Behind the Cast Principal photography began in Ireland and Spain on March 24, 2025, and concluded on June 25, 2025.
