The Lava Yuva 4 introduces a budget smartphone designed for first-time users and entry-level segments. Yuva 4 arrives as an update to the Yuva 3, which was also launched earlier back in February this year, and it carries forward most of the specs and design with a few minor updates.
Pricing for the Yuva 4 starts at ₹6,999 for the 4GB + 64GB model, while the price for the 4GB + 128GB model has yet to be confirmed. It comes for sale in Glossy White, Glossy Purple, and Glossy Black colors, and Lava will be shipping them to their retail shops starting right now.

Every purchase comes with Lava’s one-year warranty, plus free at-home service. The Lava Yuva 4 offers a 6.5-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a Unisoc T-606 processor, and a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. For cameras, it features a 50MP main rear camera and an 8MP front selfie camera. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support and boots Android 14.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, microSD card support, a USB-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, and 4G VoLTE connectivity. The Yuva 4 is identical to the previous phone in terms of display, processor, RAM, and storage, but has newer cameras: a 50MP rear camera (13MP previously), and an 8MP front (5MP previously).
The design has also received a refresh in the form of a square camera island and a glossy back panel. While the battery capacity is the same, the charging speed has been reduced from 18W on the Yuva 3 model to just 10W on the Yuva 4. On the software front, the Yuva 4 comes with Android 14 and the phone will get an Android 15 update. At the same time, Yuva 3 is based on Android 13, however, it will be upgradable to Android 14.
