Lava brings the "Lava Pulse" with a built in heart rate and blood pressure sensor

Regarding the current pandemic situation and stressful life, everyone needs a device that can give the exact heart rate and blood pressure. There are so many fraud applications in the Playstore regarding this issue. But they are as dangerous as hell. They will take your location access, your fingerprint access, and access to your storage and that’s it. Congratulations!! you are hacked. So it is good to ignore these kinds of fraud apps.

So to get rid of these problems, Lava brings a feature phone called the “Lava Pulse”. You can buy this phone at a very low price of just Rs.1,949 (approx $26). This phone is introduced by Lava to accurately check your heart rate and blood pressure with no rocket science behind it.

How this device will work?

Lava Pulse has a sensor on its back next to the camera. You just have to put your finger on to the sensor and it will sense and monitor your blood pressure and current heart rate automatically and you can see it on the screen. The most important thing is to use this feature you need not do anything, no GPRS enabling or no storage access or any fingerprint issue. Because this phone runs in a simple dual-band 2G technology, which means there will be no internet and no GPRS.

Looking for the other features of this phone, it has a 2.4” screen (240 x 320 px) and runs proprietary feature phone software. You can expand its storage up to 32 GB by external memory card if you wish to enjoy music and video player. Lava Pulse has also an FM receiver with a recording function and you can use a 3.5 mm earphone jack with it. Battery life is also pretty decent, 1800 mAH is enough for regular 6 days of use. But if you play preinstalled games like Snake, then you may charge it several times. Another highlight of this phone that it has dual sim technology but there will be no internet facility. Though this phone does support Bluetooth.

In case of availability, this “Lava Pulse” will be available in India in some online stores like Flipkart and Amazon and some other brick and mortar stores.
