Lava is getting ready to launch a smartphone in the market soon. Although the official name hasn’t been confirmed yet recent teasers strongly hint that the upcoming model might be named the Blaze Curve 5G. Recently some reliable information, from a trusted source has given details about the launch timeline and other key aspects of the phone. It’s interesting to note that Lava previously introduced the Lava Blaze 2 5G in India back in November 2023 which featured a Dimensity 6020 SoC and a dual rear camera setup with a resolution of 50 megapixels.
The Teased Lava Blaze Curve 5G
The company recently hinted at the smartphone in a post on X hinting at the possibility of including a display. While specific design details or features were not disclosed in the teaser it did confirm that a 5G-enabled device is on its way. The reference to “Curve” in the teaser suggests a link to the rumored name the Lava Blaze Curve 5G.
The tipster Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings) shared insights indicating that the teased model is indeed the Lava Blaze Curve. The images shared reveal a finish and a triple rear camera setup accompanied by an LED flash. Although details about the design remain unknown the back of the device prominently features both the “Lava” logo and “5G” label.
According to insider information, it is rumored that we can expect to see the launch of the Lava Blaze Curve 5G, in India around March. Anticipated features are set to include a screen boasting a 120Hz rate and a primary camera sensor made by Sony offering 64 megapixels. Interestingly these details match up with hints dropped by Lavas President, Sunil Raina adding to the excitement, among fans.
In the context of Lava’s recent offerings, the Lava Blaze 2 5G, priced at ₹9,999 for the 4GB + 64GB variant, stands as the latest Blaze series smartphone in India. It is available in Glass Black, Glass Blue, and Glass Lavender color options, featuring a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC, a robust 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support, a 6.56-inch HD+ display, a 50-megapixel dual rear camera setup, and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
