After the press conference of Joan Laporta, the LaLiga President Javier Tebas has hit back against the Barcelona president, who did lay Messi’s exit as a fault of the Spanish top flight.

Barca and Messi could not finalize their renewal agreement and it was declared last night by the club that Messi will have to leave the club as a fault of LaLiga’s financial rules.

Javier Tebas said:

“You know that the CVC operation does not mortgage the TV rights of the @FCB 50 years, what it does is that they have more value for all the clubs and so you can MORTGAGE your BANKS and solve the great debt. So you understood hours ago”

Javier Tebas interpreted that even though the CVC operation will cripple Barcelona for the next 50 years but he made it clear that his resolution would help renew Messi.

Also, Barcelona would earn less as a result of the lost TV revenue and would have to sign an anti-Super Lague agreement to get the short term money from LaLiga. Even though Javier Tebas interpreted the positive side of this but that would eventually cripple the club and its ambition of a Super League.

To this, Laporta decided to reply to Thebes: “Hello, Javier. I’ll tell you that we don’t interpret this way. Here it is a question of mortgaging barça’s audiovisual rights for half a century. This operation, as you well know, carries a certain risk that I do not want to take as president of Barca. In addition, dear Javier, 10% of LaLiga has a much higher value.”

Now, in reply to that Javier Tebas again tweeted that:

“You recently said that we were broke.

Now that we are valued at 24,250M and there is access to partners TO GROW, you are concerned about the future income of LaLiga that you gave up for dead

You are proven wrong. It seems that the young people are going to see us. @JoanLaportaFCB?”

The way Tebas is trying to defend the selling audiovisual rights for 50 years as not a mortgage is very strong and the way he is hitting back at Laporta makes it clear that he has no intention to soften even if Messi leaves Barcelona.
