LaLiga has officially confirmed the dates for El Clasico in the upcoming 24/25 season. The dates follow the recent pattern of holding one fixture early in the season, with the second one coming close to the end.
The first LaLiga El Clasico of the new season will be played on 27 October, when Real Madrid host Barcelona at the Santiago Bernabeu. The return fixture will be played on 11 May at the renovated Spotify Camp Nou, when Barcelona host their rivals.

Madrid were always more likely to host the first El Clasico of the new season since Barcelona are yet to move back to the Spotify Camp Nou. The stadium is undergoing renovation, and they have been playing at the Montjuic in the meantime.
The expected date of return is December 15, 2024 as things stand. Hosting Madrid in the renovated stadium will allow the Catalonians to earn much more through ticket sales and hospitality offerings.
However, the Madrid faithful will be the first to experience Kylian Mbappe and Hansi Flick join the historic rivalry in person. It will also be the start of a new era for Madrid as they enter life without Toni Kroos, with Luka Modric also potentially playing his last season of club football.
