It seems that the Disney Plus series Hawkeye, at last, come back with the fans favorite character with lots of hope this week, with Vincent D’Onofrio’s crime lord Kingpin as seen last time in the canceled Netflix Daredevil series as coming with the leader of the Tracksuit mafia and also fighting with Kate in the finale of Hawkeye.
It is very great to watch D’Onofrio back in the action like the iconic Wilson Fisk then what will be the next for his revival of the character provided the events of the finale.
Kingpin: Dead or Not
It seems that the fate of Kingpin aka Wilson Fisk has been left ambiguous at the ending of the Hawkeye season one finale.
In the final scene of the episode, Kingpin just reveals with face to face with Maya who is his protégé and also the adopted niece who has currently discovered as he had not quite as nice an uncle as she thought.
When Fisk has tried to talk with Maya around that she has not even talked with him and facing the value anymore. Now the scene ends with Maya unbuckling to her sidearm and also indicating the gun at Kingpin like the camera panning away we heard a final shot.
It has been confirmed as what is not the right and after all the hullabaloo or fetching D’Onofrio back to the Marvel Cinematic Universe that seems like an odd off him again after just one episode and mainly while the old rivalry with Charlie Cox’s Daredevil also has been confirmed to be returned in the MCU after the blockbuster Spider-Man: No Way Home.
We are also just taking it as a misdirect. Following the rule of the sorts of stories and if you don’t see the gunshot hitting such intended aim or a body then that victim has not died actually. It seems that Kingpin also must be slithered out of the danger once again.
Kingpin: Returning Status
If we follow the comics then there is a similar storyline where Kingpin was seen to take Maya/Echo under his wing and also convinces of her someone else for blaming on her father’s death while it had been him all along and also just like in Hawkeye that she has been figured out the truth and also the turns on to her mentor, shot him to the point-blank into the face with a gun.
The finale season of Hawkeye Kingpin is really a tough chunk. In the comics, he just finished up the surviving of the shot and also has been suffered eye trauma and rendering him blind for a while.
It is looking like that either the confirmed Echo/Maya TV series with some of the other Marvel projects also see the adapted storyline that shows Kingpin blind but is still very strong to get revenge and take control of New York once again.
Kingpin: Fisk appears in Echo
As we know that Wilson Fisk also has a deep connection with Alaqua Cox’s Echo. We have seen him in Hawkeye. We can him in the solo project of her. At first Fisk, the couple is the mentor of the character and he also would come up with some ethical complexities. It is very unfortunate that he is not the role model that will like to play b her eventual shift into operating on the heroic side,
The second time we could see the show begin with Maya asking her uncle. It also could lead the entire plot with her show towards trying either disconnect entirely from his influence or trying to take him down completely.
Kingpin: Appear in Val’s Team
It is assumed that Fisk could be tied to Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ Val and her team of shady individuals. Kingpin could be the one obeying the order of Yelena to kill Clint Barton. Echo and Tracksuits not doing the best jobs while taking down Ronin he could be the option for doing the best thing. Fisk could be the big boss for Val’s team.
Kingpin: Kingpin Rivalry with Daredevil
After watching Daredevil on Netflix the viewers just fell in love with just not only Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin but also Charlie Cox’s Daredevil. The series revealed the strong rivalry of the two. It seems that both characters potentially will return and it could be a safe bet that Marvel Studios can want to watch those two coming at the throats of each other. It has been also rumored that the focused conflict is between the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen and the Kingpin crime.
Kingpin: Kingpin Vs. Young Avengers
It has been rumored that this big fat man could appear in the rumored upcoming Young Avengers project with Kate Bishop theoretically to get the first dose of Kingpin in Hawkeye. It seems that the characters Billy, Tommy, Cassie, and Kate Bishop have been introduced at the same time as they can be teaming up rather than later.
Kingpin: Last Time we have seen him
The last time we have seen him in the finale of Daredevil season 3 on Netflix has turned out as the final episode of the Marvel series.
After marrying his lover Vanessa Marianna in the episode, Fisk and his wife had come under threat from his former assassin Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter.
Fisk himself has been managed for paralyzing Pointdexter but getting defeated in the battle by Daredevil/ Matt Murdock who taken the decision to spare the life of the villain and also take him to the authorities with criminal operations.
Fisk is operating to ensure that Vanessa Fisk is not just implicated in the murder of FBI agent Rahul Nadeem in the season.
They also become separated once again as Fisk was led away by the police.
