An idol on one side, a CEO on the other — and a devoted fan caught right in the middle. tvN’s upcoming drama **My Bias, My Boss** has unveiled its love-triangle poster, and the question it’s asking fans is deceptively simple: who would you choose?

## A Fan’s Dream Job Turns Complicated

Kim Hye Joon stars as Nam Da Reum, a devoted fan who lands a job at fashion startup Apello for one reason only — to get closer to her longtime idol bias, Lee Chan, played by Cha Woo Min. But the plan takes an unexpected turn when she finds herself growing close to someone else entirely: the company’s CEO, Kang Ha Gi, played by Kang Hoon.

## Cold Exterior, Warm Interior vs. Warm All the Way Through

The newly released poster leans into the contrast between her two suitors. Kang Ha Gi comes across as cold on the outside but warm underneath, while Lee Chan is warm both inside and out — two very different kinds of charm competing for Nam Da Reum’s heart. The tagline puts the dilemma directly to the audience: “Who is your bias?”

## Why Fans Are Excited

Adapted from a popular webtoon, My Bias, My Boss taps into a very relatable K-pop fan fantasy while wrapping it in workplace romance tropes. Kim Hye Joon, known for her range across various acclaimed dramas — detailed further on her [Wikipedia page](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kim_Hye-jun) — brings a grounded charm to a role that could easily tip into cliché, while Kang Hoon and Cha Woo Min round out a genuinely compelling love triangle.
