Some people talk about purpose. Khan Sir lives it. When **Faisal Khan**, popularly known as **Khan Sir**, walked onto the sets of **The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4** alongside Alakh Pandey and Nitin Vijay, the internet expected comedy. What they got instead was one of the most emotionally charged confessions in the show’s history — the story of why India’s most beloved teacher turned down ₹107 crore, and why he’d do it all over again.

## “When Even Ravan’s Empire Couldn’t Last, What Is ₹107 Crore?”

That line landed like a thunderbolt on the Kapil Sharma set — and across social media. Khan Sir recalled that during his college days, he couldn’t even afford reserved train tickets, with a dream of studying in Kota feeling completely out of reach.

And yet, years later, when a major education company dangled ₹107 crore in front of him, he said no without blinking. The offer came with a condition: hike the fees. Khan Sir’s response? “I have not forgotten those days or the pain in my feet. I knew many students still face the same problems.”

He didn’t stop there. He pointed out that the very company that made him that offer no longer exists — while his channel, built on affordable education, has only grown stronger.

Despite the ₹107 crore offer to stop his Free Education Mission, Khan Sir declined, continuing to charge as little as ₹200 to ensure quality education stays within everyone’s reach. [Ronnie’s Awesome List](https://www.ronniesawesomelist.com/holi/holi-dayger) During the COVID lockdown, he coached students for just ₹11 — and today, 100 to 150 of those same students work at Mumbai Railway Station, proof that affordable education truly changes lives.

The episode also featured **Alakh Pandey** (PhysicsWallah founder) and **Nitin Vijay** (NV Sir) sharing their own journeys — marking the first time all three iconic educators appeared together on [Indian television](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indian_television). New episodes of The Great Indian Kapil Show Season 4 drop every Saturday at 8 PM on Netflix. [IMDb](https://www.imdb.com/title/tt11964054/mediaviewer/rm2578431489)
