Following the success of Khakee: The Bihar Chapter, Neeraj Pandey is back with another gripping tale. Set in Bengal during the early 2000s, this new installment brings a fresh perspective to the crime-infested world of gangsters and corrupt politicians. The story revolves around a fearless IPS officer, Arjun Maitra, who steps up to restore order after a decorated cop’s tragic death.

As the saga moves from Bihar to Bengal, audiences will be transported to the heart of Kolkata in 2003. The narrative follows two dedicated police officers as they embark on a relentless pursuit of a notorious don and his ruthless associates. Neeraj Pandey’s Vision for the Franchise

Speaking about the upcoming series, creator Neeraj Pandey shared his excitement:

“With Khakee: The Bengal Chapter, we celebrate our continued partnership with Netflix in building a franchise where the audience will witness a culturally rich region, bustling streets of Kolkata, new faces, new conflicts, and a story that is just as intense but uniquely its own. In line with the trademark Khakee flavor, in the upcoming chapter, the stakes are higher, the truths are darker, and the challenges are grittier. I am sure the audiences will be delighted with the powerful ensemble and can’t wait for their reactions as they experience the intensity and drama on screen. It was a sheer delight working with our directors Debatma, Tushar and the entire crew who worked tirelessly to bring this story to life.”
