ISL club, Kerala Blasters have now been listed as the 6th fastest growing Instagram account of clubs in 2020.
Kerala Blasters have 1.8m followers on Instagram and is growing by a rapid rate of 42%. Their growth rate is level with another Asian club, Johor Darul Ta’zim. The list is headed by Tanzanian Football Club Simba SC.
This clearly indicates that ISL is growing by a rapid rate. Kerala Blasters is also in the top 10 clubs list for best interaction rate on Instagram.
The ISL club, from the state of Kerala, has a fan interaction rate of 3.9% on Instagram which puts them at 4th position on the list. They have the same level of interaction rate as of Indonesian side Persebaya Surabaya.
Kerala Blasters was founded in 2014 and is playing in ISL since its inception. Many of the top players like David James, Wes Brown, and Dimitar Berbatov played for the clubs. They have also signed a marquee player this season as well. Gary Hooper is currently playing for the club, who once played in the Premier League.
But unfortunately, the club’s performance on the field hasn’t been exciting so they would hope to improve their performance in order to please the fans.
