What Else the Budget Allocates for Bengaluru
The airport announcement is just one piece of a major urban infrastructure push. The Outer Ring Road stretch from Silk Board Junction to KR Puram Metro Station will be upgraded into a global-standard corridor at ₹450 crore, alongside metro expansion, tunnel corridors, and a ₹1,700 crore road white-topping programme. Initiatives also include a Flight Training School and aircraft manufacturing on a PPP basis at Vijayapura and Shivamogga airports. Stay updated on Karnataka infra news at TechnoSports.
