Kanguva Release Date: Get All the Latest Updates on Suriya’s upcoming film
Suriya has announced a new poster for his upcoming film. The National Award-winning actor Suriya on Sunday declared the title of his next film as ‘Kanguva’, which is going to hit the theatres early next year. Kanguva, billed as a “mighty valiant saga”, is written and directed by filmmaker Siva. The most important update is Kanguva will be available in 10 languages.

The makers have dropped a short teaser of the upcoming Suriya film that starts with a man standing with a horse at the edge of the mountain. The atmosphere is really very energetic, he seems to be ready for a battle. The sky is roaring with black stormy clouds while on one side we can see the Sun. One black hawk is flying over the sky, a dog is barking beside the warrior, and a warrior is ready with his horse. He is leading the entire troops which are thousands in number. The background music really gives you goosebumps.
The 47-year-old actor shared a fantastic teaser trailer for the upcoming film on his social media pages. “Sheer joy working with Siva & Team on this mighty saga. We’re glad to share the title look of #Kanguva,” Suriya posted.
The film is produced by Studio Green’s K.E. Gnanavelraja in association with UV Creations’ Vamsi-Pramod. It also features actor Disha Patani. Director Siva said he is looking forward to finishing production on the film soon. The new poster unveils a black bird with gigantic wings on a black background, the wings of the bird are burning in fire.
“We are delighted to announce the title of Suriya 42 as KANGUVA, who is a man with the power of fire, majestically represented by Suriya on the screen, which will be a memorable, majestic, unique, and interesting experience for cinema lovers. We will complete the shooting of the film and announce the release date at the earliest,” the filmmaker said in a statement.
Being shot across Goa, Chennai, and various other locations, fifty percent of the film’s production is complete. Kanguva will be released in 3D in 10 different languages.
The music has been composed by Devi Sri Prasad of Pushpa: The Rise. Suriya, who won the best actor National Award last year for “Soorarai Pottru”, will soon start filming for the movie ‘Vaadivaasal’ with filmmaker Vetrimaaran.
He is going to make a cameo appearance in the Hindi remake of Soorarai Pottru, starring Akshay Kumar. The exact release date of the film has not yet been declared.

The teaser ends with the release date of the power pack action film Suriya. The film will hit theaters in early 2024.
