## What Is Needy Girl Overdose?

If you’re new here — welcome to the rabbit hole. ## The Anime + Manga Double Launch

The anime and 4-panel manga are dropping simultaneously on **April 5, 2026** — a clever marketing move that keeps fans engaged both on-screen and on-page. The anime series is produced by Yostar Pictures, directed by Masaoki Nakashima, with character designs by Kenji Saikai, Akari Takei, and Kaito Shimizu, and music by Aiobahn +81, Sasuke Haraguchi, and DÉ DÉ MOUSE. This isn’t the franchise’s first manga venture either. A manga adaptation by Itaru Bonnoki titled *Needy Girl Overdose: Run with My Sick* has been serialising on Akita Shoten’s Manga Cross website since March 2023. [Wikipedia](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Needy_Streamer_Overload) The new 4-panel format adds a lighter, more comedic lens to KAngel’s chaotic world.
