Kiccha Sudeep and Upendra’s upcoming period drama film has dropped the official trailer the film ‘Kabzaa‘. This time the latest gangster drama has chronicled the ‘Rise of the Indian gangster’ and is set in pre-Independence India. The makers of the movie declared that the film is going to be a breathtaking one.
The brand-new sandalwood drama film was shot completely in huge sets erected in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The trailer of the movie was launched by Amitabh Bachchan, Amitabh has also shared the trailer by adding a caption, “ Happy to present to you. the trailer of “Underworld Ka Kabzaa”. A montage shows a child growing up in an environment that was about the independence movement before we see scattered shots of darkened cities and atrocities being committed on Indians. This gives large-scale shots of several ships burning at sea and a glimpse at the film’s anti-hero.
We then see shots of Upendra fleetingly as he obliterates villains and takes the law into his own hands and it seems to be going well for him before he comes face to face with Kiccha Sudeep’s character.
The film, originally shot in Kannada, will also release in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi, and is being billed as a pan-India production. The makers have called it ‘the next big thing in Indian cinema’.
The big-budget Pan Indian Film is led by the real star Upendra where Shriya Saran is taking responsibility as the female lead, and the most loved Kannada Star Kichha Sudeepa set to play an important role in this film.
Kabzaa: Cast
In this film, we will see Kabir Duhan Singh, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Danish Akhtar Saifi, Samuthirakani, Nawab Shah, Manoj Bajpayee, Murli Sharma, and Avinash among others. R. Chandru directed as well as wrote this period action film, which is set during the period 1960-84. The film is produced by R. Chandra Shekar and Alankar Pandhan under the banner SSE & Invenio Origin and Anand Pandit Motion Pictures.
Kabzaa: Release Date
Kabzaa is going to release in cinemas on 17th March 2023 in multiple languages.
