Wavve’s upcoming original series *Reverse* has just dropped its main poster and teaser — and if this early glimpse is anything to go by, we’re in for one of the most gripping mystery thrillers of 2026. **Seo Ji Hye** and **Go Soo** lead this chilling amnesia-revenge drama that premieres on **April 17**, and the tension is already through the roof.

## What Is *Reverse* About?

**Myo Jin** (Seo Ji Hye) survives a horrific explosion at a chaebol family’s villa — but wakes up with no memory of what happened or who she is. Standing by her side is **Jun Ho** (Go Soo), a man who gently tells her they’re engaged. Sweet, right? Except his expression tells a completely different story.

Determined to uncover the truth, Myo Jin begins digging into the incident on her own — and the deeper she goes, the more Jun Ho’s calm façade starts to crack, revealing a dangerously violent side beneath the surface. The poster’s tagline says it all: *“Erased memories, reversed truth — suspect everyone.”*

## What Makes the Teaser So Unsettling?

The newly released teaser is deceptively simple but extraordinarily effective. Myo Jin wakes up in a daze asking *“What happened to me?”*, and Jun Ho responds with a soft smile and the words *“Do you remember? We’re engaged.”* — all while his eyes reveal absolutely nothing.

That contrast between warmth in words and coldness in expression is what makes *Reverse* feel so immediately magnetic. Is he protecting her? Manipulating her? Or both?

## From Audio to Screen

*Reverse* is adapted from a 2022 audio drama — a format growing in popularity in [Korean entertainment](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_drama) — which was originally voiced by Lee Sun Bin, Lee Jun Hyuk, Dasom, and Im Won Hee. The TV adaptation expands the core amnesia storyline across eight full episodes, giving the story room to breathe, twist, and terrify.

With a stellar supporting cast including **Kim Jae Kyung, Im Won Hee, Choi Moo Sung**, and **Shim Hyung Tak** delivering what promises to be an intensely layered set of performances, every character is a potential suspect.
