Juventus are set to confirm the signings of Paul Pogba and Angel Di Maria in the coming days. They have finalised the contract offers for both players, and are set to announce their rivals once the formalities surrounding the move have been completed.

Juventus to announce new signings very soon

The Serie A club has had to let go of three key players in Federico Bernardeschi, Paulo Dybala and Giorgio Chiellini as free agents upon the expiry of their contracts. Moreover, Alvaro Morata has returned to Atletico Madrid as his one-year loan spell has been completed.

Di Maria could be a direct replacement for Bernardeschi, but that means Juventus will need to sign a new centre-back. Chelsea are in talks to sign Matthijs De Ligt, and have apparently made a £69 million offer for the Dutchman.

This means that Juventus will be in the market for a new centre-back this summer since they will be left short-staffed if De Ligt joins Chelsea. The negotiations are still underway, and are yet to be finalised for the talented young defender.
