Juventus have officially sold Cristiano Ronaldo to Manchester United, and the Bianconeri are now looking at potential targets as replacements for the player.

Eden Hazard is one of the names being linked with a switch to Turin, and according to Marca, Juventus are willing to try and bring Hazard to Italy on a loan deal.

Madrid have made a bid for Kylian Mbappe worth €180 million, and the French forward could end up joining Real this summer itself. The arrival of Mbappe could lead to a sharp decline in playing time for Hazard. The Belgian values game time above all, and could move away from the Spanish capital if the circumstances dictate so.

Los Blancos signed Hazard from Chelsea in 2019, for a transfer fee that is expected to be around €120 million. Since making his ‘dream move’, Hazard has had to deal with a slew of injuries that have severely hindered his performances at Madrid.

The main target for Juventus right now is to maintain their financial stability following the departure of Ronaldo. So, while a permanent deal might be too much, a loan deal for Hazard before a late move for Miralem Pjanic looks like the best way forward for the Bianconeri.

The player has featured for Madrid in both their initial La Liga games, and has looked good on the left-wing. Ideally, he would not want to depart from his current club and Hazard still has the final say about his future since he has a long-term contract.
