## Jung Hae In: From Rundown Rentals to Luxury Real Estate

According to a report by MyDaily, Jung Hae In has been offered the lead role in tvN’s upcoming drama *Lucky Seoul*. In response, his agency FNC Entertainment confirmed the project is currently among those he’s reviewing, though nothing has been finalized.

*Lucky Seoul* follows the youngest-ever manager of a *jjokbang* village — a neighborhood of tiny, low-income rental rooms — as he hunts down a landlord responsible for a massive rental fraud scheme. Framed as a satisfying revenge story built around reunited childhood friends, the drama doubles as a broader commentary on the contradictions of modern capitalist society.

Jung Hae In is reportedly being eyed for the role of Kwon Ian, who starts out managing the jjokbang village before transforming into a shrewd, ambitious luxury real estate agent specializing in VIP residences. The character is described as calculating and slightly cynical, measuring his self-worth almost entirely through the wealth he accumulates — a notable departure from the softer, romantic roles Jung Hae In has become known for.

The actor is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming Netflix series, *Our Sticky Love*, alongside Ha Young.
