Jude Bellingham is nowadays very popular in European football as he is one of the brightest footballers considering his young age. The English youngster is just 17 years old and considering his age this is no mystery he’ll be one of England national team’s pillar in the midfield in the coming days.

He was part of Birmingham City’s senior squad just for a single season although in his solo season he had made quite an impact on the team’s performance and people had started noticing the young baller’s skillset.

In his debut season for Birmingham City, he made 44 appearances for the English side and had scored 4 goals and provided 3 assists in his time there. But do not let the stats fool you the numbers merely reflect his impact on the pitch. Anyone who would see the young Englishman play could easily say that this young man has a bright future ahead of him.

He was so phenomenal in his solo season that Birmingham City retired his jersey number ’22’ after the German side Borussia Dortmund signed him for a massive £25 million with added on bonuses making him the most expensive 17-year-old in history.

After signing on for the German heavyweights who are also famous for their youth-based team philosophy, Jude Bellingham went on to make 46 appearances for his team.

He scored his debut goal against MSV Duisburg in the DFB-Pokal, he also made 4 Champions League appearances and notably, he also managed to score a legit goal against Manchester City but however was denied the goal.

His rich vein of form got him a call up for National duty and made his debut for the England Men’s Football team as a substitute against the Republic of Ireland on 12 November 2020.

Currently, he is part of the England squad participating in the European qualifiers being held throughout Europe. He came out as a substitute against Croatia on 13/06/2021 substituting Harry Kane in the 82nd minute.
