Jordan’s dramatic landscapes—from the ancient city of **Petra** to the otherworldly **Wadi Rum** desert—have become favored locations for international blockbusters. Films like *The Martian*, *Dune*, and *Star Wars* have utilized Jordan’s unique topography to create visually stunning action spectacles.

According to [Jordan Tourism Board](https://www.visitjordan.com/), Indian productions are increasingly choosing the country for its versatile filming locations, government support, and experienced local crews. The three action sequences planned for Jr NTR suggest large-scale set pieces requiring expansive desert vistas and historical architecture.

Director **Prashanth Neel**, known for the *KGF* franchise’s gritty aesthetic and bone-crushing action choreography, is reportedly elevating his visual language for this pan-Indian project. Trade analysts at [123Telugu](https://www.123telugu.com/) predict these Jordan sequences will be among Indian cinema’s most expensive and elaborate action portions.

## The NTR-Neel Combination

This collaboration represents a **dream pairing** for action cinema enthusiasts. Jr NTR’s physicality and performance intensity, demonstrated brilliantly in *RRR*, combined with Prashanth Neel’s visceral directorial style promises fireworks.

**Anirudh Ravichander’s** involvement as music composer adds another layer of anticipation. His background scores have consistently elevated action sequences, most recently in *Jailer* and *Leo*. According to [Film Companion](https://www.filmcompanion.in/), the NTR-Neel-Anirudh trio represents contemporary Indian cinema’s A-team.

## Production Scale and Ambition

The February 2026 Jordan schedule indicates the film is deep into production planning. Mythri Movie Makers, known for backing big-budget spectacles like *Pushpa* and *Salar*, is reportedly investing heavily in production values.

Industry sources suggest the budget exceeds **₹300 crore**, positioning it among India’s most expensive productions. The international shoot, combined with Neel’s preference for practical effects and real locations, signals a commitment to authenticity over excessive CGI.
