PSG are trying to recruit Jose Mourinho as their new first team head coach. They are all set to part ways with Mauricio Pochettino following the end of the 21/22 season, and are eyeing the Portugese tactician as a possible option.
The French club are going to replace their sporting director as well, with Leonardo being replaced by Luis Campos – who has close connections with Mourinho due to their history of working together.

Indirect contact has been made by PSG to potentially get their target on board. But, Jose Mourinho is infatuated with life in Rome and wants to turn the club into genuine title contenders in the coming years. This past season, he won the Europa Conference League with them, their first-ever UEFA trophy.
“I have great respect for all the clubs I worked with, but today I am 100% Romanista, because these fans are incredible,” he said after the Conference League triumph.
“I will stay at AS Roma, no doubt, even if some offers will come. I want to stay here.”
Antonio Conte was one of the potential names to replace Pochettino. But, the Italian has since committed to staying at Tottenham Hotspur. As of now, Sporting Lisbon boss Ruben Amorim is among the top targets who could take charge of the first team. Nice manager Christophe Galtier and former Monaco boss Leonardo Jardim are also possible options for the club as of right now.
