Joao Felix is all set to return to Chelsea on a permanent deal from Atletico Madrid. The Portuguese will sign a six-year contract with the Premier League club, and will complete his medical for the transfer this week.
The rumoured fee for the deal is worth around £46 million, with around £4.5 million available in the form of add-ons. The forward spent the second half of the 22-23 season on loan with the Blues, and is now back permanently.

Gallagher was called back to London last week after spending five days in Madrid after completing the formalities for the transfer to Atletico. But now, he has been given permission to move to Madrid in a deal worth €42 million.
Samu Omorodion was originally expected to be a part of the deal, but problems between Chelsea and the striker led to the deal collapsing. Now, Felix has agreed to end his spell with Atletico and will be moving back to West London, where he had a memorable loan spell.
Now, it remains to be seen how Felix plays with the new Chelsea squad and where he ends up playing in the line-up.
