The 28-year-old has been with the Eagles for the past three seasons and has made 113 appearances for the club across all competitions. Now, he is set to jump ship from one exciting project to another, with Fulham also assembling a strong squad.
They have already signed Emile Smith-Rowe, Jorge Cuenca and are expected to complete a deal for Sander Berge as the replacement for Joao Palhinha in the coming days.
