In place of the Neo 8 and Neo 8 Pro, which used the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and Dimensity 9200 chipsets, respectively, the Neo 9 series will launch. The latest rumors state that the Neo 9 Pro will come with the Dimensity 9300 SoC, while the Neo 9 will ship with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU.
iQOO’s Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro specifications
The iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro’s displays, according to DCS, will generate a 1.5K resolution. The 6.78-inch OLED punch-hole display on both phones, according to a prior leak from the same source, will be flat in design. The Neo 9 series’ front and back designs were shown in the aforementioned picture, which the tipster published last week.
The leaker stated that a 50-megapixel Sony IMX9820 primary camera with OIS functionality will be included in the iQOO Neo 9 series. He made no mention of the secondary cameras on either smartphone, though.
