The iQOO Z9 5G’s official webpage has gone online on the iQOO India website, indicating that the model will soon be released in the nation. Concurrently, an Amazon webpage has gone live, hinting at the impending phone’s availability on Amazon in the nation. A couple of the handset’s details have been verified by these listings.
iQOO Z9 rumored specifications and designs
The matte green patterned iQOO Z9 5G has a black camera module that is slightly elevated and rectangular in shape. Alongside an oval, horizontally positioned LED flash unit, it looks to house two rear camera sensors in two vertically oriented circular holes.
With a refresh rate of 120Hz, a peak brightness of 1800 nits, and a touch sampling rate of 300Hz, a 6.67-inch AMOLED display is expected to be included on the iQOO Z9. An octa-core processor built on a 4-nanometer manufacturing technique, the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC, is expected to power the Z9.
At the center of the iQOO Z9 5G’s AMOLED display is a punch-hole. Security features include an in-screen fingerprint scanner. Though the top edge of the device appears to be empty, one side appears to include a speaker and a USB-C connector. While they may be situated on the same edge, a microphone and a SIM slot are not highly visible.
All of the smartphone’s storage options, however, are expected to come with a different price tag. The source claims that the beginning of March could see the debut of the iQOO phone in India. We expect iQOO to officially launch the phone in India around the time of the Xiaomi 14’s scheduled March 7th launch.
