The upcoming iQOO Z9 5G is scheduled for launch in India next month, with the Vivo sub-brand confirming its arrival on Monday, February 26. Both Amazon and the iQOO India website have introduced web pages hinting at the design and specifications of the smartphone.

The launch of the iQOO Z9 5G in India is scheduled for March 12 as confirmed by iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya. The phone will be up for grabs on both the company’s website and Amazon. Both platforms have dedicated pages showcasing aspects of the smartphone including its color scheme and dual rear cameras.
iQOO has emphasized that the Z9 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC marking it as one of a kind in its category with this chipset. The company also disclosed that it achieved a score of 734,000 points on the AnTuTu’s benchmark test. Moreover expect enhanced photography capabilities with a Sony IMX882 sensor featuring optical image stabilization support in the Z9 5G model.
Previously seen on Geekbench as model number I2302, the iQOO Z9 5G showed performance scoring 1,186 points in the single-core test and 2,683 points in the core test. The listing specified that it has 8GB of RAM and runs, on the Android 14 operating system.
According to rumors, about its specifications, the Z9 5G is expected to come with a resolution 1.5K OLED display and accommodate a 6,000mAh battery. With an expected price tag below ₹25,000 in India, the iQOO Z9 5G is poised to offer compelling features and performance within its segment.
