The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has made the highly anticipated announcement of the Indian Premier League 2024’s initial schedule on Thursday, February 22. Only the first 21 matches was revealed, as the General Elections 2024 timetable was undecided. BCCI has now revealed the official full schedule of IPL 2024.
Chennai Super Kings, last year’s champions, commenced their quest to defend their title by facing off against Royal Challengers Bangalore. The inaugural match was played on Friday, March 22 at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. CSK won the match.
