BCCI is yet to announce any information about IPL 14 and is expected to announce after their AGM on 24th of December.

BCCI on Thursday announced the dates for England’s tour of India. India will be playing four-Test matches, five T20Is, and three ODI series against England. The two-month-long series will begin from February 5, 2021, in Chennai for the first Test. The longest-format of the game will end on March 8, 2021.

The four-match Test series will be followed by the T20I series which is scheduled from March 12 to 20, 2021. Following this, India and England will play the ODI series which will end on March 28, 2021.

It is likely that after such a long tour, players will be given break which will help them rejuvenate and prepare for IPL before joining their respective IPL franchise. It is obvious from the tour dates that IPL might not start before the mid-week of April.

Moreover, BCCI is also planning to add new teams in IPL 14 but are yet to announce it formally and are expected to announce it after their AGM on the 24th of December.

It is also expected that BCCI will announce the Mega IPL auction after 24 of December.

Even Suresh Raina announced his return to the IPL 2021, and also will be leading his state in domestic cricket, Uttar Pradesh.
