The IPL GC has now officially announced that the IPL 2021 will be taking place in India with Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata hosting the marquee event.

The IPL 2021 will commence from 9th April with defending champions Mumbai Indians taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore in the inaugural match in Chennai.

Star Sports is the official broadcasters of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021. They have now released the new anthem for this season. The network took to Twitter to announce, the new IPL anthem titled “India ka Apna Mantra”.

“#VIVOIPL 2021 Anthem salutes the new, bold and confident spirit of India. Let’s all believe in #IndiaKaApnaMantra. Tell us what you think will be your team’s Success Mantra this season. #VIVOIPL 2021 – Starts from April 9th !”

The video features many exciting IPL stars like Punjab Kings’ KL Rahul, Kolkata Knight Riders’ Shubman Gill and Delhi Capitals’ Rishabh Pant. The IPL 2021 anthem ends with Royal Challengers Bangalore’s skipper Virat Kohli and Mumbai Indians’ captain Rohit Sharma pointing towards the sky.

Star Sports is ready to broadcast the Indian Premier League in 8 different languages. The official broadcaster of IPL is preparing to produce a Multi-lingual feed for their viewers in the upcoming season. Other than English and Hindi, IPL will be telecasted in 6 regional languages. Those are Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, and Marathi.
