The super Saturday will continue with another heated match up as Royal Challengers Bangalore will take on the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

RCB stands at 14 points with two matches remaining. They’ll qualify if they win one of those two matches. They can also qualify if they lose those two matches but that will depend upon other results. The equation, however, isn’t that simple for SRH. They’ll have to win both their games and then hope that RCB, KXIP, or DC don’t reach 16 points.

RCB is coming off a loss against the table-toppers Mumbai Indians. SRH, on the other hand, is coming off a win over the dangerous Delhi Capitals.

Royal Challengers Bangalore

RCB has one of the most stable combinations of all teams this season as well. However, they’ll have to improve their strike rate especially in the earlier overs and make use of the powerplay.

The injury of Navdeep Saini seems like an issue for them. They got back Dale Steyn but he turned out to be extremely expensive. They would look to replace him with Isuru Udana who has given them the desired results.

Sunrisers Hyderabad

SRH would be extremely proud of their win over the Delhi Capitals. Skipper Warner scored a brilliant fifty and Wriddhiman Saha justified his selection over Johnny Bairstow by scoring a phenomenal 87 off just 45 balls.

Their lower middle-order namely Samad and Priyam Garg should take responsibility as well. Their lack of form puts unnecessary pressure on David Warner, Manish Pandey, and Vijay Shankar.

Their bowling, however, has been great. Jason Holder has been a breath of fresh air for them. Rashid Khan has been picking up timely wickets. Sandeep Sharma and Natarajan have been doing their respective roles. Also, Vijay Shankar is providing a full quota of 4 overs.

Fantasy XI team

DAVID WARNER (10.5) – David Warner has been in phenomenal form and has been consistent as well. He’ll be our captain.

DEVDUTT PADIKKAL (9.5) – Youngster Padikkal has impressed everyone with his batting this year. He has been extremely consistent. He’ll be our vice-captain.

VIRAT KOHLI (10.5) – Kohli has been in decent form and that’s bad news for bowlers! He’s always an inning away from gaining confidence.

AB DE VILLIERS (10) – AB de Villiers has been extremely consistent with this IPL.

WRIDDHIMAN SAHA (8) –  Saha justified his selection over Johnny Bairstow by scoring a phenomenal 87 off just 45 balls against the dangerous DC bowling lineup.

VIJAY SHANKAR (8) – He scored important 52 runs against Rajasthan Royals and can also give 2-3 solid overs.

RASHID KHAN (9.5) – Rashid Khan has always been among wickets. He bowled one of the most impressive spells in the history of IPL taking 3 wickets and conceding only seven runs in his four overs.

YUZVENDRA CHAHAL (9) – Chahal has been great in this IPL and has been picking wickets at regular intervals.

MOHAMMED SIRAJ (8.5) – Siraj has been in form and can pick wickets with the new ball.

JASON HOLDER (8.5) – Holder picked up wickets consistently and can bat a bit as well.

SANDEEP SHARMA (8) – Sharma has been in good form and has been consistently among wickets.

PREDICTION

SRH has some really good momentum and confidence on their side. RCB is short on confidence and the injury of Navdeep Saini has resulted in their death bowling being weak. Sunrisers Hyderabad will therefore defeat the Royal Challengers Bangalore.
