According to Young, the display sizes of the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max are anticipated to grow to approximately 6.3 inches and 6.9 inches, respectively.

Based on the CAD model, it appears that the iPhone 16 Pro Max will experience more substantial growth in its vertical dimension compared to its horizontal dimension when compared to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. The overall height of the iPhone 16 Pro Max is estimated to increase by approximately 5 mm, reaching around 165.0 mm, while the width is projected to expand by only about 0.5 mm, reaching approximately 77.2 mm.
