The wait is finally over as Apple introduced the iPhone 15 in a variety of colors and switched out its outdated lightning connector for a USB-C socket. The Dynamic Island function and a variety of fresh colors are also included in the new iPhone.
iPhone 15 Specifications
The screen is 6.1 inches. Apple claims that the maximum brightness is now 2000 nits. Preorders for the iPhone 15 will begin on Friday, and it will go on sale on September 22.
Camera Specifications
The camera system has also been improved by Apple. A 48-megapixel primary sensor, similar to that used in the iPhone 14 Pro series from the previous year, is now part of the iPhone 15’s base model rear camera system.
In addition to the standard 0.5x ultra-wide lens, the 48-megapixel sensor has 1x and 2x optical zoom options.
The portrait mode on this iPhone has also been upgraded. According to Apple, its artificial bokeh portrait shots perform better in low light than they did before. Portrait mode will now also be activated automatically when photographing a subject in the camera’s normal setting.
You may even change the focus after you’ve taken the photo because Apple records the depths map along with the image data to produce natural blur afterwards.
Processor Details Along with Pricing
This iPhone uses the A16 Bionic processor that was previously found in iPhone 14 Pro variants. The A16 system-on-a-chip contains a five-core GPU and a six-core CPU.
The battery life of iPhone 15 and iPhone 14 are comparable. The new USB-C port may be used to recharge the iPhone 15.
Apple‘s color finishes are now incorporated within the glass to create stunning new vibrant finishes. Pink, yellow, green, blue, and black are the possible color options for it. From September 22nd, the iPhone 15 will go on sale, with prices starting at $799.
