Intel Lunar Lake ‘Core Ultra 200V’ CPUs: Leak Reveals Up to 9 SKUs, Flagship Core Ultra 9 288V with 30W TDP

Intel’s upcoming Lunar Lake CPU lineup, branded as “Core Ultra 200V,” has been detailed ahead of its launch, featuring at least nine different models. The specifications of these thin and light relievers are detailed by the leak, which has been provided by Videocardz. Computex 2024 saw the debut of a bunch of Lunar Lake-enabled gadgets such as laptops and the MSI Claw 8 AI+ “A2VM” gaming handheld.

More About the Intel Lunar Lake Core Ultra 200V

The Lunar Lake CPUs will feature a Tile-Based Monolithic design on TSMC 5nm & 3nm (Node N6) Tidepool Process Nodes! This includes up to 4 Lion Cove P-Cores, 4 Skymont E-Cores, and a new NPU4 AI Engine capable of delivering up to 48 TOPS. Flagship configurations will be limited to just 8 cores and 8 threads, without hyper-threading on these CPUs.

The graphics in the “Core Ultra 200V” Lunar Lake CPUs will contain up to 8 Xe2 cores, with Arc-level features promised for a TDP between 17W and 30W. They’re clocked at peaks of 5.1 GHz for the CPU and 2.05 GHz for the GPU, providing AI performance of up to 67 TOPS and platform-wide peak TOPS of 120. The SoC will debut with on-package LPDDR5x memory capacity options of both 16 GB and 32 GB.

The top-tier model, Intel Core Ultra 9 288V, is the full 30W TDP model – it is an 8-core, 8-thread chip with up to a 5.1 GHz clock and benefits from latching onto 32 GB of Dual-Rank memory and also incorporates an Arc A140V iGPU with 8 Xe2 cores. Other SKUs include the Core Ultra 7 200V and Core Ultra 5 200V, varying in TDP configurations and memory options between 16 GB and 32 GB.
