Intel launches special Marvel’s Avengers Collector’s Edition packaging for 10th-gen desktop processors

The Blue team has just launched its new “Intel Core Desktop Processor featuring Marvel’s Avengers Collector’s Edition Packaging” via Twitter. It’s basically the same 10th gen Intel desktop processors involving the artwork by the mural painter Tristan Eaton based on Marvel’s Avengers.

Intel is also promoting its CPUs and its gaming reach celebrating the launch of the new Square Enix-developed Marvel’s Avengers, scheduled to launch on September 4, 2020. Intel is already Square Enix’s official PC hardware partner for Marvel’s Avengers and bringing special CPUs for the launch of this massive game does make sense.

Already Intel’s new 10th Gen desktop CPUs aren’t that much compelling enough over Ryzen 3000 and 3000XT CPUs so take advantage of their partnership with the game, Intel has released new limited-edition “KA” Avengers series processors. These re-modeled packaging will feature four new 10th-generation desktop processors: Core i5-10600KA, i7-10700KA, i9-10850KA, and i9-10900KA.

As per @momomo, all of these Intel chipsets have that extra letter A (signifying for Avengers) in their product names, however, their performance should be similar to non-Avengers counterparts. Intel has not yet revealed how much these CPUs in their fancy new boxes will cost but this is a clear marketing strategy for Intel and it will be interesting to see whether or not these so-called new processors ship with a copy of Marvel’s Avengers.
