Intel launches 13th Gen Intel Core processors in India: All You Need to Know

Finally, the world’s best gaming processor 13th Gen Intel® Core™ i9-13900K with 24 cores and 32 threads is here

Today, at its media event in Delhi, Intel India formally announced the launch of their next-gen 13th Gen Core desktop processors based on Intel 7 process. While we have talked a lot about its benefits and what you can expect out of these new chips in this article here we will talk about what new things Intel brings this time with 13th Gen.

As you see, now the Core i9 13900K comes with 24 cores among which 16 of them are E cores, and Intel has doubled these Efficiency Cores often called as Gracemont cores because of its older Skylake architecture. Because of having a smaller node, Intel is able to cram in more cores without affecting the efficiency of these processors.

Also, these new Efficiency cores are up to 600MHz faster, which is huge because they can go up to 4.3GHz in turbo mode, matching the performance of a high-end CPU from an older Skylake architecture. As you see Intel promises better Performance cores, giving better performance while drawing lesser power.

Intel also highlighted some of the benefits user will have with new Z790 motherboards which will have increase USB 3.2 Gen 2 speeds, support for Intel Killer Wi-Fi 6E, faster memory support and a lot more. The monsterous Core i9-13900K just annhilates its predecessor Core i9-12900K with a claimed 15% better single threaded performance and 41% better multi-core performance.

Also, it brings up to 24% better gaming performance when its compared to its predecessor and one can easily push a Core i9-13900K which gets maxed out at 5.8GHz. With more cores and improve in L2 cache, Intel expects a wide range of people from gamers to content creators everyone will benefit from the new architectural changes.

With faster DDR5 RAM support and better clock speeds, the new 13th Gen Raptor Lake have some key improvements we could take care of. Touted to be the best gaming processors in the world, AMD has even gone to share this AMD flagship IMC including that from ASUS, MSI, Gigabute and others.

From Core i5s to the flagship Core i9-13900K, there are only few processors available currently and all of the unlocked. So, one can unleash peak performance with these 13th gen processors which is touted to be available in the Indian market within few days.
