The Geekbench 6 database recently revealed the existence of the Intel Core Ultra 5 135U “Meteor Lake” CPU, distinguishing itself through an unconventional core configuration not shared by its counterpart, the Core Ultra 5 135H, or other “U” SKUs. This specific SKU stands out with its 12 cores and 14 threads, presenting a distinctive feature that piques curiosity.

To elaborate on its unique structure, the 12 cores are divided into 2 P-Cores (Redwood Cove), 8 E-Cores (Crestmonth), and 2 low-power E-Cores (Crestmont). This configuration marks a departure from the norm, introducing a combination not previously observed.
