Infinix appears to be gearing up to enter the gaming tablet market with a new model. An upcoming smartphone, dubbed as Infinix XPAD GT, has been recently spotted listed for the first time and it appears the device may feature some dedicated capabilities for gamers.

Infinix XPAD GT Gaming Tablet Spotted with 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage, High Refresh Rate Display & Large Battery
At the time, Infinix was known for its cost-effective and gaming-centric smartphones, and it also launched the Infinix XPAD in 2024. It had a 90Hz display and a Helio G99 Ultimate chip inside. It was a matter of time before the company brought a dedicated gaming tablet to the segment and now Infinix is extending its XPAD series with the launch of the GT series. Recently, the Infinix XPAD GT was spotted on the Carlcare Service platform, which is used for after-sales support of Infinix, Tecno, and more brands.
Thanks to this new listing, we now know the device’s name as well as the model number X1301, which was shared by tipster Raihanhan121 on X. Moreover, it also suggests that the tablet will come with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. This new entry also signifies Infinix’s first official entry into the gaming tablet domain. While the first-generation XPAD was powered by a 4G chipset, the XPAD GT will be a major upgrade. It may have a more powerful processor designed for gaming, as well as 5G support for increased network speeds.
Additionally, a high refresh rate display and a large battery to maximize gaming time are other sets of features that will likely be included. To recall, the vanilla Infinix XPAD went official with an 11-inch IPS LCD display, exhibiting a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It housed an 8MP camera on both the front and back, running on Android 14-based XOS 14. A 7,000mAh battery powered the device, supporting 18W wired fast charging.
