Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G Series Poised for April 12 Launch in India: Key Details Unveiled

The upcoming launch of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series, in India has been officially set for April. This range is expected to include the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G and the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G which made their debut in March.

These smartphones run on MediaTek Dimensity processors. Come equipped with a 108-megapixel triple rear camera system. The Indian versions are likely to mirror the specifications of their counterparts. Infinix has also revealed the color choices. Highlighted some features of these upcoming devices. Furthermore, a report has emerged pinpointing the release date of these phones.

The Upcoming Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G Series

As per a report by 91Mobiles Hindi, it is speculated that the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series will be launched in India on April 12. The report suggests that pricing information and sales details will also be unveiled on the day. A Flipkart microsite has already confirmed that these phones will be available on their platform.

The microsite has been updated with information about the phones confirming that they will come with Round FastCharge 2.0 technology supporting various charging options such as 100W wired hypercharging, 20W wireless Mag charging, and wireless reverse charging capabilities. These devices are expected to house a 5,000mAh battery.

The upcoming Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G lineup is set to feature MediaTek Dimensity 7020 SoCs paired with 12GB of RAM with the option to expand it by another 12GB. Additionally, these devices will integrate the Infinix X1 Cheetah chipset and boast 120Hz curved AMOLED screens safeguarded by Corning Gorilla Glass.

The Indian versions of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G series smartphones will introduce voice-activated AI-backed Active Halo lights. They are set to launch in Obsidian Black, Titan Gold, and Vintage Green color options. In terms of optics, the phones will feature 108-megapixel triple rear camera setups with 3x lossless zoom and 32-megapixel front cameras.

Notably, the global variant of the Infinix Note 40 Pro 5G was priced at $289 (approximately ₹24,000), while the Infinix Note 40 Pro+ 5G started at $309 (approximately ₹25,000). The former was available in Titan Gold and the latter in Obsidian Black with both phones globally offered in a Vintage Green hue.
