India’s ODI performance in the past few series has been brilliant. Recently, in the three-match series against New Zealand, India clinched the victory by 2-0. The men in blue are set to become the No.1 team in ICC Men’s ODI if they can win the 3rd ODI against New Zealand. Right now, England is at the top and the kiwis are in the second position. They lost the No.1 position to England as they got defeated in the two games against the men in blue. India’s in third position and right now the best team in the world.

With the humiliating defeat, they climbed to the third position with 113 rating points. The first ODI against New Zealand was won by the hosts by 12 runs. Shubman Gill’s double century helped India post a total of 349 runs in 50 overs.

Well, indirectly. their leveling-up depends on England’s team as well. Besides India winning the third ODI, it is also very crucial to see how England performs against South Africa.
