India’s women recurve archers, Ankita Bhakat, Kirti Sharma, and Kumkum Mohod, clinched a historic Asian Games 2026 gold! They sensationally defeated South Korea 5-3, shattering a 28-year streak where Korea had dominated the event. This marks India’s first-ever gold in women’s team recurve, a monumental achievement that rewrites archery history and ends decades of Korean supremacy.
