After qualifying for the AFC Asian Cup 2023, India have made it to the eFootball 2024 game with their official licensed kit. The Blue Tigers have featured in their kit for the Asian Cup, with the traditional blue and orange away kit both making the final cut.

The Indian national team has been available in the FIFA gaming franchise from 2013 to 2021. From 2022 onwards, the ISL made its official debut as part of the FIFA games, before it was rebranded to EA FC this past year. The ISL has retained its place, and is playable.

Before the official introduction of the ISL in the games, Mumbai City FC and FC Goa made it through their participation in the AFC Champions League. But now, it has expanded to include all the teams.

This is great news for all Indian gamers and for the publicity of Indian football, with the team making its way into popular electronic media.

The Blue Tigers will be facing Australia, Uzbekistan and Syria in their Group Stage matches during the AFC Asian Cup 2023, starting with the Socceroos this Saturday. The match will be historical with the first ever female referee, Yoshimi Yamashita, officially in charge of the game.
