Nvidia is the leading player in the AI market however, recently, its CEO, Jensen Huang has expressed his optimism about India’s potential in artificial intelligence.
According to Huang, India has the potential to make AI its largest Export.
The tech expertise that emerges from the nation’s colleges, particularly the IITs, was a recurring subject in Huang’s replies to media inquiries in Bengaluru on September 8.
Nvidia’s CEO believes that a type of infrastructure must be created in the country for us to transform data into intelligence. The country is going through a remardkable period of time where we are seeing international interest and investment growing in India.
Nvidia’s CEO also stated that the nations energy and potential have always been impressive. further stating that many startups in the country are currently seeking infrastructure elsewhere which is something this country should work to improve.
He also stated that he expects India to build its own supercomputers in future which will allow engineers, AI researchers, developers, and startups to work locally without the need to go abroad for resources and infrastructure.
On September 8, Nvidia announced agreements with Reliance and the Tata Group to deliver sophisticated AI technologies to India.
