Mauro Icardi is once again on Real Madrid’s agenda.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Real Madrid is going to sign Icardi. It claims that the Inter Milan striker has caught Real manager Julen Lopetegui’s interest.
Real have loosely tracked Icardi for years and last winter a proposed move failed to materialise. But now the club management is pushing forward with their pursuit and could land the Argentine international this summer. After there are reports that Benzema will be leaving in this transfer window.
However, Inter could demand as much as £98.5m for Icardi, who is under contract at the San Siro until 2021.
