Varun Tripuraneni, the owner of Hyderabad FC, released an official statement on his Twitter account, confirming the arrival of new owners. He acknowledged the journey over the past 10 years and expressed his gratitude to the fans and everyone involved.
Reports suggest that the BC Jindal Group is set to take over Hyderabad FC for the coming ISL season, which starts later this month. After a year of financial chaos, it seems as if stability could return to the former ISL champions in the coming months.

“With issues beyond our control arising, we still fought on, extremely hard, trying to do our best. This, over the years, has taken a massive mental toll on me and everyone involved. The time has come now to exit and for the new owners to move in,” he said
“Some of the players didn’t get the right kind of farewell from the Club for various reasons but I cannot express how thankful I am to each one of them,” Varun said.
The Nizams have had to let go of several key players over the past year owing to non-payment of salaries. The club’s staff has also been left without pay and the new ownership would have to clear the dues before they can start investing in the club.
