K-pop fans, get ready to reset your expectations! HYBE just dropped a massive teaser for its newest independent label, **ABD**, and the vibe is unlike anything we’ve seen. On May 26, 2026, the label officially launched its digital presence, giving us a playful, high-energy look at the members of their upcoming girl group.[1](https://www.soompi.com/article/1843809wpp/watch-hybes-new-label-abd-reveals-first-glimpse-of-upcoming-girl-group-members)[3](https://www.mk.co.kr/en/musics/12057636)[4](https://www.chosun.com/english/kpop-culture-en/2026/05/26/TIBWLWRAKJAKTC5Y6KJVARS44E/) If you thought the “Big 4” were slowing down, think again—this new squad is here to “set the tempo” for the second half of the year.

## **The “ABD” Reveal: Everything We Know**

ABD, which stands for **“A Bold Dream,”** isn’t just a name; it’s a creative philosophy.[1](https://www.soompi.com/article/1843809wpp/watch-hybes-new-label-abd-reveals-first-glimpse-of-upcoming-girl-group-members)[3](https://www.mk.co.kr/en/musics/12057636)[5](https://www.soompi.com/article/1839149wpp/hybe-launches-new-label-abd-for-girl-group-that-will-debut-this-year) The label aims to break the mold by “imagining D instead of C after A and B.” This unconventional approach was front and center in six short films released today, showcasing the group’s core motto: **“the pure joy of music.”**[1](https://www.soompi.com/article/1843809wpp/watch-hybes-new-label-abd-reveals-first-glimpse-of-upcoming-girl-group-members)[2](https://biz.chosun.com/en/en-entertainment/2026/05/26/WG45WI2HT5ASTAGEITSELXUUGQ/)[4](https://www.chosun.com/english/kpop-culture-en/2026/05/26/TIBWLWRAKJAKTC5Y6KJVARS44E/)

## **A First Look at the Members**

The teaser films featured three members dancing freely in stylish kicks with the letters “A,” “B,” and “D” engraved on the soles.[1](https://www.soompi.com/article/1843809wpp/watch-hybes-new-label-abd-reveals-first-glimpse-of-upcoming-girl-group-members)[2](https://biz.chosun.com/en/en-entertainment/2026/05/26/WG45WI2HT5ASTAGEITSELXUUGQ/)[4](https://www.chosun.com/english/kpop-culture-en/2026/05/26/TIBWLWRAKJAKTC5Y6KJVARS44E/) From shouting the label’s name into colorful pipelines to recording energetic voice samples, the members radiated a refreshing, “ENFP-style” energy.

The production is helmed by the legendary **Han Sung-soo**, the mastermind behind [SEVENTEEN’s global success](https://technosports.co.in/seventeen-members-profile) and the iconic sound of IZ*ONE. With his track record and the backing of the **[HYBE multi-label ecosystem](https://technosports.co.in/hybe-latest-news)**, this group is already being dubbed the “Next Gen Leaders.”

The official website is just as chaotic and fun, featuring interactive cursors and mini-games like balloon-popping, reflecting a label that doesn’t take itself too seriously while producing world-class talent.

Stay tuned, because if these teasers are any indication, ABD is about to take us on a very “bold” journey!
