Huawei is expanding its Nova 12 series with the introduction of two models; the Huawei Nova 12i and Nova 12 SE. These upcoming additions follow in the footsteps of their predecessors. The Nova 12 12 Pro 12 Ultra and 12 Lite versions which were launched in China last year. Recent certifications indicate that a global launch is on the horizon for these models.
More About the Certifications of Huawei Nova 12 SE, Nova 12i, Vivo Y03, and Moto G Power (2024)
The Nova 12i was initially spotted on the GCF certification website under model number CTR L81 before appearing on the NBTC certification website. Both the Nova 12i and Nova 12 SE have now received certification from the TDRA certification website with model numbers CTR L81 and BNE LX1.
While these certifications provide information they confirm that these devices will be available globally. It is expected that the Nova 12i will support 4G connectivity with capabilities anticipated for the SE variant. More details are expected from Huawei as additional certifications are likely to be obtained before the launch.

Over in the world of Motorola, there are indications of a launch, for the Moto G Power (2024) as it has appeared in the Bluetooth SIG authority’s database. While the listing confirms Bluetooth 5.3 support, details regarding specifications remain elusive. However, previous reports suggest the device may feature the Dimensity 7020 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and Android 14.
Featuring a 6.7-inch LCD panel with HD+ resolution, a side-facing fingerprint scanner for security, and rumored 30W charging support, the Moto G Power (2024) is anticipated to come in Orchid Tint and Outer Space color options. In parallel, Motorola is rumored to be working on the Motorola Edge 50 Pro flagship phone, expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and slated for launch as the Moto X50 Ultra and Motorola Edge+ 2024 in China and the US, respectively, with the Edge 50 Pro expected to debut on April 3 in other markets.
