The Huawei MatePad Pro 13.2 is set to make its first appearance at Huawei’s upcoming Autumn 2023 event, with the tablet scheduled for launch on September 25. The company has officially confirmed the tablet’s release on the Chinese social media platform Weibo through a teaser poster. This teaser provides a glimpse of the tablet’s design and hints at some of its key features. Notably, the MatePad Pro 13.2 will support NearLink StarLight connectivity, as indicated in the poster, and is expected to feature a slim bezel around its screen.

The tablet’s official debut is set for September 25 at Huawei’s flagship product launch event for Autumn 2023. The teaser image showcases the tablet with slim bezels surrounding the display, featuring curved edges on all corners. Additionally, the tablet will come with a Stylus pen and support for NearLink StarLight connectivity. The poster prominently displays the NearLink StarLight logo, which signifies a short-range wireless technology that combines both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Furthermore, there are reports suggesting that the upcoming MatePad Pro 13.2 may come with wireless charging capabilities. Earlier this year, in March, Huawei introduced the MatePad 11 (2023) in China, alongside the Huawei Mate X3 and the Huawei Ultimate Watch. The MatePad 11 features an 11-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor and runs on HarmonyOS 3.1 out-of-the-box.
