## What Makes HP Smart Champs Different?

Let’s be real — most kids’ game shows are pure entertainment with a thin educational wrapper. HP Smart Champs actually flips that equation. The quiz and puzzle-style challenges are designed to test **knowledge, logic, and teamwork** simultaneously, not just memorization.

Here’s the clever twist: **HP Smart Tank printers** are physically embedded into the show’s format. Printed clues, worksheets, and visual problem sets give students tangible materials to interact with — reinforcing what educators have long known, that hands-on engagement with printed material leads to deeper understanding than passive screen time alone. HP is essentially making a cultural argument that print isn’t dead — it’s an active learning tool.

The show’s journey began long before the camera rolled. Qualifying rounds spanned **26 cities** and saw **over 1,035 schools** participate in structured assessments, with city-level team quizzes narrowing the field down to **34 finalists** who will battle it out in a studio-format finale in Mumbai.

## Sanya Malhotra as Host — A Smart Choice

Sanya Malhotra, who recently made headlines for both her personal life and upcoming Netflix comedy *Toaster*, brings exactly the right energy to a show like this. Young, relatable, warm, and genuinely enthusiastic about education — she’s not just a celebrity face on a backdrop, she’s an active part of the experience that kids can connect with.

Her take on the show captures it well: the blend of learning and fun that HP Smart Champs achieves is what makes it stand out from every other children’s programme currently on air.

## The Prize Pool Is Seriously Impressive

Winners don’t just walk away with a trophy. The champion team takes home **₹10 lakh in cash**, HP AI laptops, Smart Tank printers, and HyperX accessories for educational use. Their school receives an **HP Smart Tech Lab** — a permanent upgrade to their learning infrastructure. Runners-up receive **₹5 lakh**. For students in Grades 5–9, this is genuinely life-changing recognition.

## Where to Watch?

The show streams on **JioHotstar from April 11** and premieres on **Nick (India’s No. 1 children’s entertainment platform for 12 consecutive years) from April 18**, with new episodes every Saturday and Sunday at **7 PM**.
